Delete your REDØUBT account

A REDØUBT account is optional. It is a username and a PIN, used for cloud saves. Leaderboards, clans, chat and raids work with an anonymous player id that the app creates on your device. If you never made an account, the app has no way to prove to our server that a player id is yours, so the in-app button below is not available to you and you should use option 2. Your save lives on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it, although Android backup may restore it if you reinstall.
Option 1: delete it in the app
- Open the account panel.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
This takes effect at once. It removes your account and every online record tied to your player id: your leaderboard entry, your base layout, your chat lines in global and clan chat, your clan membership, reports about you, and your referral links. If you founded a clan that has other members, it passes to its highest rated member; if nobody else is in it, it is closed. Raid records belong to the other player as well, so they stay, with your name and id replaced by "Operator" and an anonymous id. The progress on your device stays. If you play online again afterwards, the app creates a new player id and a new leaderboard entry.
Option 2: request deletion by email
Use this if you cannot open the app, or if you never made an account and want your leaderboard, chat, raid and clan records removed.
- Write to support@hayterwave.com.
- Use the subject line: REDOUBT account deletion.
- Give the username of the account if you have one, and your friend code (it is your player id). Do not send your PIN.
- Write from any address. We hold no email address for you, so we may ask you to confirm in a way we describe in our reply.
We will reply within 30 days. We aim to finish sooner.

What we do not delete
- The save on your device. Use Reset Progress in the pause menu, or uninstall the app.
- Purchase records held by Google Play. Ask Google to remove them.
- Data Google holds for ads. Manage it in your Google account and in Android under Settings, Privacy, Ads.
- Routine server logs at Cloudflare, which expire on their own schedule.
How long it takes
Deletion in the app is immediate. Email requests are answered within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone. If you play again later, you start a new account.
